Review Statuses

These statuses help staff quickly identify where a case is within the review process.


Not Required

The case does not require administrative review.


Pending Review

The case is awaiting review by another qualified staff member.


Reviewed – Approved

The reviewer agrees with both the investigation and disciplinary action.


Reviewed – Modified

The reviewer recommends or has approved changes to the original decision.


Escalated

The case requires leadership review due to complexity, policy questions, or significance.


Closed

The investigation, review, and documentation have been completed.

No additional action is required unless new evidence becomes available.
